MD Urban Advisory is a development consulting and project management firm working exclusively for developers and landowners. From first feasibility through to title and handover, we bring clarity to the approvals, design and delivery process.
We coordinate the planners, surveyors, engineers, civil contractors and authorities so you can make confident decisions, maximise yield, hold your programme, and protect your margin.

A 540-lot greenfield community at Donnybrook in Melbourne’s Northern Growth Corridor (City of Whittlesea) — engaged at feasibility and retained through to titling. Client identity withheld for confidentiality.
We tested yield against the draft Precinct Structure Plan, modelled feasibility across staging options, then managed civil design, authority works and titling. Active programme and cost control brought the first stage to Statement of Compliance ahead of schedule.
Bring us in early for feasibility and strategy, or at any stage to get a project back on programme. The first conversation is always obligation-free.
